Registration Instructions

Before you start registering, please read these instructions carefully. Following the steps correctly will help you finish the registration smoothly and without problems. The registration process collects your information, checks your identity, and gives you access to the HHA Learning platform. Make sure all information is correct to avoid delays.

Important:

Anyone who wants to register must have a Social Security Number (SSN). You cannot register without it. Please have your SSN ready before starting. You will also need access to the email or phone number you plan to use. You will receive important messages and your login details there.

Now, let's get started!

Step 1: Enter Your Information

  • First, enter your Social Security Number (SSN). This is required to confirm who you are. Make sure you type it exactly as it appears on your official documents.
  • Next, choose how you want to get your verification code. You can select email or SMS (text message). Make sure the email or phone number you enter is correct.
  • After filling in your SSN and choosing your method, click the “Send Registration Instructions / Next” button to continue.
Note: If your information is wrong, the page will not move forward. Check your SSN and contact information carefully and try again. If everything is correct, you will go to the next step.

Step 2: Verify Your Account

  • Now, enter your username and the One-Time Password (OTP) that was sent to you through email or text message. The OTP is a special code used to make sure it is really you.
  • Check your messages quickly, because the OTP may expire. Enter it exactly as you received it.
  • After that, click the “Register” button. This will complete your registration.

Step 3: Get Your Login Information

  • Once your registration is finished, you will get your login details in your email. You can use these to log in to the HHA Learning platform.
  • On the platform, you can start your training, take courses, and use all the learning resources available to you.

Done! You are now registered and ready to begin your journey.
